Fall 2013 Integrated Learning 2

Purpose:

I. To become familiar with Mr. Wright's web site.
II. To learn how to use Quizlet.
III. To learn about the EEC podcast and listen to one episode.
IV. (If you have time) Make a Quizlet set of five words.

To get 1 point for the "Other" 「その他」 category, 
complete #1 - #12 and hand it in to Mr. Wright by 5:00PM, 12/25.
If you have time, complete #13 - 15.

　　　　　３）アメリカの大学で日本語を勉強している学生とコミュニケーションを取ることにより、
　　　　　　　言語能力だけではなく、異文化理解能力を養う
　　　　　４）この課題は全て英語で書いてください  

今日の課題の要約：

Step 0. Internet Explorer を使うと上手くいかない場合が大半なので、Firefox または Chrome をダウンロードしてから課題を始めてください。

Step １．Google ID 取得：すでに gmail　を使っている人は Step 2へ

Step 2. ブログを作成

Step 3. 自己紹介と自分の高校について文章を書く

Step 4.  先生にブログのアドレスをメールで送る

Step 5. アメリカ側で同じ課題をしている日本語を勉強している大学生がいます。彼らのブログ
　　　　　が出来上がったら(10/28 以降) アメリカの学生の日本語のブログを読んで
　　　　　コメントを書いてください。

各課題の締切はプリントにあります。

Google ID 取得

既にGmailを使っている人は新しくGoogle IDを取得する必要はありません。
Gmail を使っていない人は次の手順で取得してください：

1. Go to www.google.co.jp
2. Click on ログイン.
3. Click on アカウントを作成
4. Type in the boxes:
    名前
　ユーザー名を選択
　　＊（これが新しいgmailのアドレスになります）
　パスワードを作成
　パスワードを再入力
　誕生日
　性別
　携帯電話（任意です）
　現在のメールアドレス（パソコンや携帯電話でチェックできるメール）
　ロボットによる登録でないことを証明（英単語を記入）
「Google の利用規約とプライバシー ポリシーに同意します。」の箱をチェック
5. Click 「次のステップ」
6. 「表示」のページに写真をアップロードできます。後から追加できるので、今は「次のステップ」をクリック。
7. Click 「開始する」

今作ったメールアドレスとパスワードを忘れないように必ず控える

Monday 4 Class Self-Introduction

Purpose　（目的）:
1. To learn how to set up a blog and create a Google map.
　ブログとグーグルマップの作り方を学ぶ。
2. To encourage interaction with English speakers using a blog and Google Maps.
　ブログとグーグルマップを使いって英語話者との交流を促す。

To get 1 "Other" point you must do these things before 4:40 pm (7/30):
　「その他」の１点を獲得するには次のことを７/30の４：４０ＰＭまでにすること：

1. Set up a blog and write at least 5 sentences about yourself.
  ブログを作り、英語で自己紹介の文章を５文以上 書く。
2. Create a Google map and put a link to your map in the blog.
　グーグルマップを作り、マップへのリンクをブログに貼る。
3. Post a comment on this blog and include your name and link to your blog.
　今読んでいるブログのコメント欄に自分のブログへのリンクを貼る。

Hi. My name is Brent Wright. I teach English at Kanazawa Institute of Technology.
I moved to Kanazawa last September. I really enjoy living here.
I enjoy running, playing guitar, and reading books. My favorite place to drink coffee and read books is at Starbucks. Here is the map.
